Reclaimed old brass foot water pump without the pipe

It has “Dron-Wal” embossed on the cast iron foot plate
The pump is in a sold as seen condition
This a very interesting item but has some rust and the pipe needs replacing (see photos)
The wooden handle is wormy and has split
