Good points: it is well made,it is a lovely old item,its nice and solid,we have done any repairs,good item to be painted,it has its own quirkiness
Also: has some old holes,some old marks or scratches,has some old nail or screw holes,also has some black spotting but will fade with sanding,would benefit from a sanding
