Interesting Pair Of Old Wrought Iron 3’ Spoked Wheels & Axle

Interesting wheels and axle possibly from an old cart
The rims are quite rusty with a few holes and the rubber is loose in parts
This would make a great feature
They turn freely on the axle so the bearings are good
It’s made from wrought iron and is in a sold as seen condition
It has some flaking paint and could do with a rub down
It is rusty (see photos)
