Has not be cut square at the bottom,We have measured to make the door square,Needs a good clean ,Some old lock holes ,Some old nail or screw holes ,Some scratches and marks ,Well made with mortise and tenant joints
Comes with cast iron hinges

6th picture shows one side has old hand strip burn marks from a blow torch most will sand out
